After more than 15 years of service for Multi National companies with high standard reputation, I have decided to start a new venture and enter into the entrepreneurship route… I have created Procare Health, because I strongly believe that I can bring value to the market with my own organization and my own vision and directions. How many times, in former assignments, I have said to myself “I would have done differently if it was my own company” Now, it is the time to show it and to live it!
I am a former International executive with great skills in Sales and Marketing within Pharmaceutical, consumer healthcare and cosmetics industries. I have hold Executive roles at Country and global level for multinational companies like L’Oreal, P&G and Warner Chilcott. Marketing Director of Procter & Gamble, and my highly regarded leadership and business building capability have been generally recognized. Widely known for leading innovation and for my commitment to building cutting-edge marketing capabilities, my work has been recognized by the industry in 2010 when P&G was honored with the best innovation launch of the year during the Galien award ceremony. My Extensive knowledge of Healthcare markets in Europe, and deep experience of Strategic Alliances management together with my concrete “on the ground” business skills, have built overtime solid Business leadership capabilities.
